Cost of Investment, Space requirements and process to become a Dolphin Kids Franchise
Though the initial investment cost is more dependent on the area the school is planned to be opened. We plan high-end schools like elite premium schools on which investment can go up to RS.2Cr. Dolphin Kids insists on an area which is minimum 1000 to 100500 square feet preferably in the residential locality so student enrolments become easy. Once you decide on the land, approval has to be sought for the Franchise to be opened in the location you have seen paying an approval fee as decided by the Management on a case to case basis. After the school Management approves the area identified, a M O U ( Memorandum of Understanding ) has to be signed between the Franchiser and the Franchise where the Franchise pays an amount towards Licence Fee.
After signing the Memorandum of Understanding the school construction work can start as per the common standards set by Dolphin Kids. 5% Royalty is charged from the Franchise annually by Dolphin Kids Management towards using the brand name as well as guidance throughout the calendar year.
